Once your subscription payment has been processed you will be able to access all the relevant PDFs with the written details for each week, and information on how to run the course. You will also have access to stream on this site each of the recorded mediations for each session.

Therefore we ask you not to dip in and out of the various modules as an individual; but rather gather in a group to work you way through the course.
