Staying In the Vine Course
A led meditation around a table containing the ‘fruits of creation’.
It can be helpful to set up a table in the middle of the group with a water feature, a large basket of fruit, a selection of woods, shells and other items from the sea side, plants, flowers and other ‘natural’ items.
